1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions will help you make sense of the rest of this document. When you see these words written with a capital letter, they refer to these specific definitions.

2. Eligibility

To register and use betpro id, you must meet all of the following requirements. betpro id reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. betpro id does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any form of betting or casino play. Age verification may be requested at any point.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use. It is your responsibility to check local laws before registering.
• You must register using your own true identity. Registering under a false name, with someone else's identity, or creating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee of betpro id, or an immediate family member of such an employee, without prior written approval from betpro id management.
• You may only hold one betpro id account at any time. Multiple accounts — including accounts in a family member's name used by the same person — are not permitted and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in duplicate accounts.

3. Account Registration & Security

Registration Process

To create a betpro id account, you will need to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and create a secure password. You will also be asked to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you accept these Terms and Conditions. betpro id may request additional information at any point to comply with KYC requirements.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpro id login credentials. betpro id strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available free of charge from your account security settings. Never share your password with any third party — betpro id staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

Any activity carried out through your betpro id account while your credentials are in use is your responsibility, unless you have notified us in writing that your account security has been compromised. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact betpro id support immediately via live chat or email.

KYC Verification

betpro id may request identity documents at any stage of your account's lifetime — not just at registration. Documents commonly requested include a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC verification. The KYC process is typically completed within 24 hours once documents are submitted.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

betpro id accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betpro id does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit on betpro id is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though very large deposits may trigger an additional verification request.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your betpro id account within seconds of confirmation.
• Deposits via bank IBFT typically reflect within 15 minutes during banking hours.
• You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing using another person's payment method — even a family member's — is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, as a standard anti-fraud measure.
• betpro id aims to process all withdrawal requests within 2–5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 4 hours.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

Sportsbook Betting

All bets placed on the betpro id sportsbook are subject to the platform's standard betting rules. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except in markets where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and active. betpro id reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, confirmed match manipulation, or technical faults that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

betpro id's in-play betting markets are suspended briefly around key events within a match. Any bets placed after a key event has occurred but before the market suspension is reflected on the platform will be voided if betpro id determines that the player had access to information about the outcome at the time of placing the bet.

Casino & Live Dealer Rules

All casino games on betpro id — including live dealer tables, slots, and RNG table games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible via the in-game information panel. By participating in any casino game, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of all RNG games is determined by independently certified random number generation systems. betpro id does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In live dealer games, human error by the dealer (for example, an incorrectly dealt card) is handled according to the live game provider's operational rules, which take precedence in those situations.
• Session disconnections during a game round do not automatically void or cancel an active bet. The round will be resolved based on its outcome, and the result applied to your balance when connectivity is restored.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

6. Bonuses & Promotions

betpro id offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Pakistani players. The following general conditions apply to all betpro id promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on betpro id welcome bonuses is 10x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses expire after 30 days from the date of issue unless the promotion's specific terms state a different expiry period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be met using qualifying bets at the minimum odds specified in the relevant promotion. Certain low-margin markets may not contribute fully towards wagering requirements — this is clearly stated in each promotion's terms on the betpro id Promotions page.
• betpro id reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Active bonus funds already awarded to an account will not be rescinded mid-promotion unless evidence of bonus abuse is found.

Bonus Abuse

betpro id monitors accounts for patterns associated with bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, using someone else's identity to claim a bonus, or systematically exploiting pricing errors to generate bonus-funded winnings. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betpro id. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Match Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing bets on events where you have or may have access to non-public information about the outcome. betpro id cooperates fully with sporting integrity bodies and may report suspicious accounts to relevant authorities.
• Fraudulent Payments: Depositing using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods. betpro id will freeze accounts and reverse any winnings generated from fraudulent deposits.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with betpro id support. Players who initiate unjustified chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and the disputed amount plus any associated winnings removed from their balance.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting scripts, exploits, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or live casino games.
• Money Laundering: Using betpro id as a vehicle to deposit, layer, or integrate illicit funds. betpro id has strict AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies in place and will report suspected money laundering to appropriate financial authorities.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Amendments to These Terms

betpro id reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betpro id will notify registered players via the email address on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the betpro id platform after the stated effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page indicates when the current version became effective. Players who do not agree with a proposed change are encouraged to withdraw their balance and close their account before the effective date.
